What are NG-10 solenoid valves?
NG-10 solenoid valves are larger hydraulic components than NG-6 valves, used in systems where higher flow rates and greater power performance are required.
These are electrically actuated hydraulic directional valves designed to control oil flow in medium- and high-power hydraulic circuits. Their size is standardized according to ISO 4401-05 (also known as CETOP 5).
What are NG-10s used for?
They are used in hydraulic systems where a higher flow rate is required than in NG-6, such as:
- Large hydraulic presses
- Heavy public works machinery
- High-power industrial systems
- Metal injection and forming equipment
- High-performance hydroelectric power plants
What is the difference between NG-6 and NG-10?
The main difference is the size and flow capacity:
- NG-6: medium-sized systems, moderate flow
- NG-10: Larger systems, higher flow rate and power. This model allows for working with more demanding hydraulic lines and higher fluid consumption.
What advantages do NG-10 solenoid valves have?
- Higher flow capacity
- High robustness for heavy-duty work
- International standard (easy replacement)
- High industrial reliability
- Suitable for high-power systems
In which industries are they used?
- Metallurgical industry
- Hydraulic presses
- Heavy machinery
- Injection Molding Industry
- Industrial lifting equipment
- Hydroelectric power plants
