90° SWING REAR MOUNT INOX

A 90° stainless steel swing-away rear mounting bracket is a mounting accessory designed to articulate the rear of a pneumatic cylinder. Its function is to allow the cylinder to perform a pendulum motion, compensating for misalignments during the piston rod's stroke.

Applications: food, pharmaceutical, chemical, naval and water treatment industries.

Main features:

  • Based on ISO 15552 (and so far also VDMA 24652, ISO 6431, NF E49 003.1, UNI 10290)
  • Ambient temperature -40 / 200 °C
  • Made of Inox-304. Also available in Inox-316.

Description

90° oscillating rear mounting in stainless steel

A 90° stainless steel oscillating rear mounting bracket is a mounting accessory designed to articulate the rear (bottom) of a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder. Its function is to allow the cylinder to perform a pendulum motion, compensating for misalignments during the piston rod's stroke.

The 90° design allows the cylinder to work parallel or perpendicular to the mounting surface, saving space in the machine design.

Applications

  • Food industry: It is used in packaging machines, filling machines and transport systems where there is direct contact with food.
  • Chemical industry: In laboratories and processing plants where corrosive fumes or the need for sterilization are constant.
  • Shipbuilding industry: Installations on ships or near the coast where saltpeter rapidly degrades other materials.
  • Wastewater treatment plants: Areas with high humidity and the presence of corrosive gases such as hydrogen sulfide.
