An ISO-5599-1 electric pilot bistable distributor is a bidirectional valve that maintains its last position without requiring a continuous electrical signal. The primary actuation is achieved by fluid pressure controlled by pilot solenoid valves.

Application in pneumatic systems to control the flow of air to actuators such as cylinders or pneumatic motors.
