STAINLESS STEEL QUICK EXHAUST

A 316 stainless steel quick release valve is used to accelerate the discharge of compressed air from a cylinder or other pneumatic actuator. Its purpose is to accelerate the return speed or movement of a pneumatic actuator by allowing rapid evacuation of the exhaust air.

Applications where fast duty cycles are required from pneumatic actuators, the environment is corrosive or demands rust-resistant materials, back pressure on the exhaust side of the cylinder needs to be minimized, or the distance between the actuator and the main control valve is significant.

  • Available in threads: 1/8 - 1/4 - 3/8 - 1/2
  • Gasket in 1/8 - 1/4 Viton and 3/8 - 1/2 polyurethane
