PROGRESSIVE START VALVE

A soft-start valve protects pneumatic components from impacts and damage caused by a sudden and abrupt increase in pressure.

Applications: assembly and packaging machinery, automated production lines, robotics, large cylinder systems.

Technical sheet:

  • Gradually pressurize the installation until the working pressure is reached.
  • Before reaching the maximum available pressure, air is slowly forced into the lower circuit until it reaches almost 60% of the pressure at the top.
  • To set the pressurization time, use the built-in flow regulator.
  • It can be fixed to the wall using the provided holes or with modules.
  • Minimum pressure 3 bar.
  • Maximum inlet pressure 10 bar.
  • Flow rate at 6.3 bar 1570 l/min.
