BUTTON SILENCER

Button mute

It is a pneumatic component designed to reduce the noise generated by the escape of compressed air in a pneumatic system. It is installed in-line in the pneumatic circuit, usually at the outlet of the actuators (cylinders, valves, etc.).

Compressed air escaping through a small, winding hole expands and cools rapidly, dissipating acoustic energy and reducing noise.
