CLAMPS FOR HYDRAULIC TUBE. Buy online at the best price

Hydraulic pipe clamps are lashing elements used to firmly hold or fix pipes or hoses, together or individually to prevent movement or separation due to the application of inward pressure.

The parts that make up the clamps are the following:

  • Top plate
  • Bottom plate
  • 2 half flanges
  • Union screws.

Each element described may vary depending on whether the plate is soldered or screwed. Its mooring system can be welded or screwed to the place where it will be placed. If they are to be screwed, the bottom plate must be threaded. An element is attached that has a female thread that joins the clamp and is installed on a rail, called DIN-3015 rail.

This rail can be made of steel or stainless steel and has a length of 2 meters, which is cut to the desired length.

It has a shape in which the element described above is inserted and is firmly fixed.

DIN-3015 rails have 3 measurements depending on the nut to be mounted, 11, 14 or 30 mm high.

If they are for welding, the bottom plate does not have threaded elements, the plate is rough, for welding, it is usually black.

Depending on the pressure carried by the pipe or hose, the clamps can be of the light series or heavy series.

Also if several pipes or hoses have to be installed in the circuit, there are double clamps, both light and

heavy They can be joined vertically with intermediate plates with their respective screws.

The semi-flanges can be made of PP polypropylene or aluminum, if placed in places where it can

there be a lot of temperature.

It is used in any industry where there is a circuit in which there are hydraulic tube installations or flexible hoses.

Such as the railway, air, steel, naval, public works, etc. industries.
