DIN 11851 links are a type of fitting used in the food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries to connect pipes, hoses and equipment. DIN 11851 fittings consist of a male part and a rotating female part, which are joined by a gasket. The female part has notches, in which a tool is used to tighten and loosen the fitting.
