A single stainless steel X universal joint is designed to connect two shafts that are not perfectly aligned. Its function is to allow a certain degree of angular movement between these shafts, absorbing misalignment and vibration.

It is used in industrial, automotive and general machinery applications, where flexibility in motion transmission is required.
