CUSTOM SILICONE SLEEVES

Custom silicone sleeves are manufactured according to customer requirements, and we offer laser marking services with specific references specified by the customer.

Sleeves are used to limit vibrations and noise, and absorb axial and lateral movements, torsional forces, deflections, expansions, and dilations. They are made of one or more layers of fabric resistant to high temperatures, chemicals, corrosion, and abrasion.

They are manufactured from a welded silicone sheet and their production process varies depending on the thickness of the sleeve wall.

• Overlap welding for sleeves with a wall thickness of 0.3 mm to 1.5 mm.
• Butt welding for wall thicknesses of 2 mm to 15 mm or more. The sleeve ends face each other without overlapping.

Typical applications: transfer of powdered or granulated products, transportation of food and pharmaceutical products, correction of misalignment in silo ducts and outlets.

• Compatible with various fluids, hot air, steam, fume extraction.
• Variety of shapes and sizes: square or rectangular, cylindrical, conical, pyramidal or other custom geometries.
• Terminals: with flanges made of the fabric itself, metal or with a sleeve for a clamp.
• Colors: white, black, red and blue.
• Certified material: Food-safe silicone, in compliance with FDA regulations, ensuring safety and quality in industrial and healthcare applications.
