Wafer type unidirectional pneumatic gate valve

Gate valves are appropriate for liquids containing a maximum of 5% suspended solids.

It is appropriate for applications such as paper industry, mining, wastewater treatment, chemical plants, food industry, pumping, silo unloading, etc.

Data sheet:

  • Provides high flow rates with small pressure losses.
  • One-piece cast body with sliders to support the gate and closing wedges.
  • Flanges according to EN 1092-1 PN10.
  • Body made of nodular steel GJS-500-7 and stainless steel CF8M
  • Gate made of AISI 304 stainless steel in valves with steel body and AISI 316 stainless steel in valves with CF8M body
  • Suitable for liquids containing a maximum of 5% suspended solids.
  • Working pressure 3-10 bar
