3/2 M5 LEVER MICROVALVE
A 3/2 M5 lever microvalve is a miniature valve designed to control fluid flow in applications with limited space. It has three ports and two operating positions. In its resting position, the valve blocks fluid flow between the inlet and both outlets. A signal is required to open the flow to one of the outlets.
Technical specifications:
- Normally closed.
- Actuation by means of a held lever.
- M5 thread
- Panelable Ø12
- Two nuts are supplied for fixing.
- Flow rate 90 Nl/min.
- Temperature -10 / 60ºC
- Pressure 2 - 10 bar.
- Weight 60 gr.
3/2 M5 lever microvalve
The 3/2 M5 lever microvalve is a compact solution for manual control of compressed air flow in pneumatic circuits.
Its 3-way, 2-position configuration allows for control of the supply and discharge of a pneumatic signal via a mechanical lever actuation. The M5 connections facilitate its integration into compact pneumatic circuits and automation systems.
Applications
The microvalve can be used in different pneumatic automation systems, especially when manual actuation is required to activate, deactivate, or switch a pneumatic signal.
Some common applications are:
- Manual control of pneumatic circuits.
- Industrial automation.
- Pneumatic machines and equipment.
- Control and signaling systems.
- Cylinder and actuator control circuits.
