Custom manufacturing of hoses in stainless steel and corrugated and smooth Teflon

What are they?

Stainless steel hoses are the best solution for processes with very specific characteristics and in extreme conditions. These hoses are resistant to fire, abrasion, and moisture, thanks to their excellent corrosion resistance and superior physical properties. They are also flexible and adaptable, making them ideal for working in hard-to-reach spaces.

Our range of hoses

At Disumtec, we offer our clients custom-made flexible stainless steel hoses, as well as all types of special couplings and terminals. We advise and personalize the product to the fullest extent to meet the specific needs of each client and satisfy the characteristics of each project, always maintaining the best quality-price ratio and with the shortest possible delivery time.

We have various materials available for manufacturing these hoses:

  • Stainless steel. Ideal for applications requiring corrosion resistance and high temperatures, such as the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Thanks to its excellent flexibility, chemical resistance, and high-temperature properties, it is ideal for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Smooth Teflon. For applications requiring a smooth, non-contaminating surface, such as the food and medical industries.
  • Corrugated Teflon:

We offer a range of standard terminals (male threads, female threads, flanges, camlocks, etc.), welded using a TIG welding process with stainless steel filler protected by an argon chamber or welded to the flexible tube forming a complete flexible tube assembly.

Both the hose and the terminals can be manufactured in carbon steel, stainless steel, or brass.

The hose is available in both stainless steel interior and stainless steel interior. AISI 316 as in corrugated or smooth Teflon, in diameters ranging from 1/2″ to 12″.
