Trapezoidal Screws

At Disumtec we have a large stock of trapezoidal spindles.

What are its uses?

Trapezoidal threads are mainly used for the transmission and transformation of linear movements , such as in the threading spindle of a lathe. It is made up of a screw (spindle) that, when rotated, produces the longitudinal displacement of the nut in which it is threaded.

Based on the DIN-103 standard , they can be supplied in carbon steel EN 180083-2 IC45 - 1,053, in stainless steel A2 AISI-304 or in stainless steel A4 AISI-316.

We have several combinations of nuts, cylindrical, hexagonal, flange and in various materials (steel, stainless steel, bronze or plastic).
