Online Oleohydraulic Valves.

Oleohydraulic valves are a type of valves used in hydraulic systems to control the flow, movements and functions of oil. These valves have threads at their ends, or at their coupling base, which allows them to be connected directly to the pipes or other components of the hydraulic system.

Oleohydraulic valves are designed to withstand high pressures and temperatures, and are available in a variety of designs and sizes to suit different applications. Some of the most common types of hydraulic threaded valves are:

  • Check Valves: Also known as one-way or non-return valves, these valves allow liquid to flow in one direction but prevent it from flowing in the opposite direction.
  • Pressure control valves: These pressure reducing valves regulate the oil pressure in the hydraulic system, allowing the force exerted by a cylinder or hydraulic motor to be increased or decreased.
  • Flow control valves: These valves regulate the amount of oil flowing through the hydraulic system, increasing or reducing the speed in the hydraulic cylinders.
  • Selector valves: this type of valve allows one of two possible paths to be selected, giving way to one and closing the other oil path.
  • Limiting valve: also known as safety valve or maximum valve. A hydraulic limiting valve is a component used in hydraulic systems to control and limit fluid pressure in a hydraulic circuit. Its main function is to protect hydraulic components from an overpressure system, which could damage them or cause leaks. The hydraulic limit valve operates by opening or closing a valve in response to changes in hydraulic fluid pressure.
When the pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the system exceeds a certain value, the limiting valve opens, using a spring, and allows part of the fluid to pass through it and return to the oil tank. This limits the pressure in the system and protects the hydraulic components from possible damage.
  • Sequence Valve: A hydraulic sequence valve is a component used in hydraulic systems to control the order in which hydraulic cylinders or motors are activated. Its main function is to ensure that the cylinders or motors are activated in the correct order to perform a specific task. The hydraulic sequence valve operates by utilizing a series of valves that control the flow of hydraulic fluid. When a valve is activated, it opens the flow of hydraulic fluid to a specific cylinder or motor. If another valve is activated before the movement of the previous cylinder or motor is completed, the sequence valve ensures that the second cylinder or motor is not activated until the first has completed its movement.
  • Hydraulic Diverter Valves: A hydraulic diverter valve is a type of threaded valve used in hydraulic systems to control the flow of hydraulic fluid in different directions. Its main function is to allow the flow of hydraulic fluid to be diverted to different routes in a hydraulic system. The hydraulic diverter valve operates by utilizing a series of valves that control the flow of hydraulic fluid. When a valve is activated, it opens the flow of hydraulic fluid to a specific path in the hydraulic system. If another valve is activated, the flow of hydraulic fluid is diverted to another path in the hydraulic system.
